Registration and Payment
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Depending on your location, tax laws may dictate that we add a maximum of 21% of VAT to your invoice. Delegates are themselves responsible for reclaiming VAT costs thus made. All prices include welcome drinks, coffee, tea, lunches, the Monday evening dinner and the transfer to this dinner and 1 or 2 full days of conference (depending on your chosen ticket). The tickets are exclusive of hotel accommodation and all other transport. Registrations are made exclusively through the Convention’s website www.conventionphiladelphia.com.
Upon completion of your order and the payment of your order you will have definitely registered for the Convention. You will not receive a ticket but you will receive an automatic mail confirming your registration. Your conference badge, giving you access to the events that you have registered and paid for, will be sent to you by mail, will be handed to you at the convention hotel, the Hilton Hotel Old Town in Antwerp. As a registered delegate, you will receive several information mails helping you prepare for your visit.
Possibility of Refund
Registration and payment is binding. Your tickets can be refunded if you choose to cancel your participation or in parts thereof at least one month prior to the start of the event on Saturday November 6 2021. An administration fee of €50 will be subtracted from your reimbursement. You can apply for a refund by sending an email to Matthijs Crietee. Your refund will be transferred to the bank account that you indicate to us. If you cancel your participation less than a month before the start of the event on Saturday November 6 2021, you are not eligible for a refund. In the case of demonstrable force majeure the organization of the Convention may decide to deviate from these conditions.
Entry into the Convention
The badge that will be handed to you at the Convention’s venue serves as the sole ticket to entry. The badge is only valid for the duration of Convention Antwerp, depending on the day(s) of choice. If a delegate is unable to come he or she may send a substitute without incurring any extra costs. A no show automatically means that no refund is possible.
Force Majeure IAF and EURATEX
If force majeure leads to cancellation of the entire event then IAF and EURATEX reserve the right to reschedule the Convention to a later date. Force majeure may also lead to deviations in the program. Government policies taken as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic restricting the organization of meetings and/or restricting travel for too large a percentage of (potential) delegates are included in the definition of force majeure. IAF and EURATEX cannot be held accountable for damages that may be incurred by delegates resulting from the above. However, delegates are eligible for a full refund if IAF and EURATEX are forced to move the date of the Convention.
